What data and why

We collect the data you enter in our request form: your name, phone number, optionally your email, playing level, preferred times and your message. We use it only to reply to your request, match you with coaching, prepare an event offer or consider a job application (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long

We keep the data until your request is handled and, if you start training with us, for the duration of our cooperation and the period required by law.

Who receives the data

The data goes to providers who run our website and email (Vercel hosting, message delivery). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or object to it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Bookings in other services

Court bookings are made in Tenis4U, and gym and fitness sign-ups in eFitness. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use cookies. We only count anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): how many people visit our pages, without cookies and without identifying anyone.
